ImPart Company LLC 
is an user (licensee) of registered trade mark ImPart (reg. .№ 269641 dtd.02.04.2004 Federal agency of intellectual property) and specialize in deliveries of spare parts for foreign building machinery,   road machinery, mining engineering Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, engines Cummins and Isuzu. The company has begun its activity in 2002. Our range has genuine and aftermarket spare parts, as well as OEM spare parts from producers of components for factory production line – producers of construction and earthmoving machines.

We are the distributor: 
of company USCO SpA on the territory of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, we are in charge of selling of ITR brand, including:
- all the range of Komatsu, Caterpillar spare parts;
- undercarriage spare parts for Hitachi;
- other spare parts for construction, road-building and mining machines;
The name of USCO SpA guarantees the highest quality of production and trouble-free after sale service. 

of company ERMA-RTMO S.p.A. on the territory of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, we are in charge of selling of BERCO undercarriage. BERCO  is first-rate producer of undercarriage and its components for track-type construction, road-building and mining machines.

Common project 
Together  with our partners we made stock of spare parts in Ekaterinburg and Khabarovsk, which are permanently filled up by new items. The main priority of our work is to make continual availability of essential spare parts for our clients.
Our customers can use warehouse of our partners in Europe USCO SpA  and ERMA-RTMO S.p.A. if they place an urgent order the necessary spare parts will be delivered to our stock in Ekaterinbug in 2 weeks.

To provide the stainless repute on the spare parts market we cooperate only with world known manufacturers  and we don’t deal with noname or re-built spare parts.
